What is WatchAngels ?
Watch Angels is a Swiss-based creative lab, manufacturer, and collaborative platform that develops and produces unconventional, high-quality watches in partnership with independent creators and brands.
It operates a “crowdmanufacturing” model, allowing enthusiasts to actively participate in watch projects - from concept to production - while supporting independent watchmaking and accessing limited, factory-direct timepieces.
Our watches featured on this website have already pass the "crowdmanufacrturing" process. They are already manufactured and ready to ship.
What is included in the price?
The prices published on our website are NET.
They include shipping costs, local VAT and the import duties applicable in the country of destination.
The published price is therefore all you pay.
May I pay on credit?
Yes indeed, we offer this flexibility. By clicking the "Monthly credit card payments. No interest/fees" option at check-out you can purchase your watch in up to six interest free instalments through our partner SplitIt.
During the check-out process you will be able to choose the number of instalments (from 2 to 6) which best match the degree of flexibility you require.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Google pay and others.
You may also pay by bank transfer. If you use this method, your order will be dispatched only after reception by us of the full order amount on our account. In case you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us at info@cbwatches.ch to obtain our bank coordinates and payment instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from door to door with UPS Express.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Delivery requires signature by the recipient. Therefore we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When will I receive my purchase?
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days from purchase date.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch depends on the territory of shipping:
- From 3 to 10 days to the United States
- From 5 to 15 days to central and south America
- From 2 to 5 days to Europe
- From 3 to 10 days to the Middle East
- From 5 to 10 days to Asia
- From 5 to 12 days to Oceania
Shipping time can be affected by the customs operations lead times of the destination country. Please allow sufficient time when purchasing for a particular date or occasion.
May I return my purchase?
Yes indeed. We have a 14 days "no questions asked" return policy.
Return costs are at your expense.
This return period applies also to reservation purchases. For reservation purchases you also have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in case there is a delay of more than 60 days with respect to the estimated delivery date.
Gift cards, bespoke products and special discount products cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I reserve a watch?
Sometimes we may give you the opportunity to reserve a watch which is being manufactured in advance.
These watches may be offered at a small reservation discount compared to their future recommended retail price (MSRP). By reserving them, you can secure them before they are sold out.
Watches that can be reserved are identified as such in the title on the product landing page.
The estimated delivery date of a watch in reservation is also published on the product landing page.
The practical steps to buy a watch in reservation are exactly in the same as those for a watch purchased from stock.
Watches in reservation can also be purchased using our SplitIt interest free instalment payment method.
What is the warranty term?
Your watch carries a 5 years international warranty. Please check the warranty and general terms & conditions pages for the detailed warranty terms.
Are your watches really sustainable?
The mission and the reason of being of our brand is to design and manufacture mechanical watches in such a way that they have the least possible immediate and long term impact on the environment.
We calculate the sustainability score for each of our watches. You find this score published in the sustainability report of your watch. You can download this report from the landing page of your watch on this website.
